BX Bunny asked:
I want to lose the baby weight while I’m breastfeeding. I’m hoping that my body will use my stored fat to make milk. From experience, which diets work best for this? I want my milk to be good for the baby, so I can’t go on any diets that cut out food groups completely.

Any books or websites with the diet plans on them would be helpful
I’m trying to read up before I give birth!

i’m sorry but that’s not true at all. you need to be eating healthy while breastfeeding, drink a lot of water, and your going to **** this one, but you actually will need to intake more calories while breastfeeding, if you don’t get enough, you wont produce as much milk. so basically, you can’t be on a diet while breastfeeding, good thing, breastfeeding burns cals and makes you lose weight fast.
