i dont nescisarly care how long it takes (preferbaly no more than a year) but im tired of people saying diet pills and programs are the way i just want simple results and lose most of my stomache fat

    Keep it simple. Eat mostly green vegetables and lean meats (skinless chicken, turkey or fish). Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Skip white foods. Don’t eat after 7PM. Walk every single day, even if it’s only half an hour.
