i got to the gym. i work out hard and i have muscle but for the life of me i can’t get rid of my stomach. it’s not that fatty, i think it’s just water weight but alot of it. help. any suggestions would be great!

pilates is the best way to get abs. cut the carbs from your diet - it’s unlikely water. could be beer though.
