What are the best techniques, exercises, or diets to flatten my stomach and tighten my thighs?

I’m ready for change. I need to start working out and exercising. What should I do? I am starting to do lunges, leg lifts, squats… are there any other good exercises to tighten my abs, thighs, and ****? What should I be eating to lose weight? I am 16, 135 lbs. I want to be a model and it’s time I start getting in shape. All help is much appreciated; thank you everyone.
