how many weeks of diet should i do?
how often should i do long walks, jogging etc?

Well, you just have to decided not to eat that stuff anymore. Period. It’s not simple, but you have to change your habits.
Strict diet, I’m very much against. No one has ever stuck to a strict diet and lost weight permently and it is very unhealthy to yo-yo diet.
I recommend reducing your calories and exercising at least 3x a week to start. You have to make lifestyle changes not just a short term fix. Log on to sparkpeople.com It’s the best health and nutrition website out there and it is free!!

The life you have will firstyou have to live healthy life you can make yoga or jogging you have will firstyou need to have will firstyou need to start to be very difficult but try to make yoga or swimming and cup of herb tea withought sugardo not so much not use any sugar deseas or jogging you need to be very careful with your weight.
The month you need to be very careful with your menu forever.

don’t buy junk food and have it at home. have raw fruit and veggies to munch on. take your lunch and healthy snacks to work. you’ll also save money. eat 5-6 small meals a day. walk at least 30 minutes each day. make sure you eat enough calories every day so your body doesn’t think you’re starving.
