Abs diet, do I have to eat all the 12 power foods? Is this menu ok?

weetabix with raspberries

snack
almonds and nuts

lunch
omlette in microwave with tuna and green onion

snack
apple with peanut butter on

dinner
cottage cheese sandwich with lettuce/spinich

snack
low fat yoghurt

is it ok for me to eat this same menu everyday for a few weeks?
ok so is this alright for the first week?
