a 1000kcal/day menu for 5′ height, 124lbs lady-on-a-diet =)?

    Your body is going to go into starvation mode if you eat that few calories… that will cause your metabolism to slow down. YOU DON’T WANT TO DO THAT! Eat a healthy, balanced diet and you should be fine. (:
